3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cc6ph1 login credentials, including your username and password. 3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. cc6ph1 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its prevailing inactive account policy, as notified to you in advance.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cc6ph1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. cc6ph1 does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your cc6ph1 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. cc6ph1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. cc6ph1 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. cc6ph1 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified in the Platform's payment section.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. cc6ph1 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. cc6ph1 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where required by law.
5.1 cc6ph1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods, as communicated at the time of the offer.

5.4 Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.
6.1 All games available on cc6ph1 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, cc6ph1 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed. cc6ph1's decision in such matters is final.

7.1 cc6ph1 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances therein, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
8.1 All content on the cc6ph1 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game content, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of cc6ph1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any cc6ph1 content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cc6ph1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 cc6ph1's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cc6ph1 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 cc6ph1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
